If your package is held at a local post office due to address issues or pickup requirements, customers are responsible for contacting the local carrier to collect the package.
Returns Policy

Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to high international shipping costs and long transit times, returns may not always be recommended.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Delayed or Lost Orders

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost. If you believe your package was not received, you may be required to provide official confirmation from the local post office.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs inspections, strikes, international conflicts, or carrier disruptions.
